I had high hopes for this resort, especially since we were there to celebrate a special occasion. Unfortunately, the experience was filled with disappointments. The room situation was misleading, and the noise levels were unbearable during our stay. The management showed little responsiveness to our concerns, leaving me frustrated and regretting my choice.
